Refund policy

We want you to be fully protected by ScorchCase, including our policies. If your Fireproof & Waterproof Document Bag arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@scorchcase.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. Due to the nature of fire-safety products, we cannot accept returns of used items for hygiene and safety verification reasons, but defective or damaged-in-transit items are always covered. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
